Phone Bill Audits Include

Reviewing all phone related bills for a first go at savings and creating a tracking system for the savings to come.

Obtaining the phone companies CSR’s and reviewing for any tariff violations in billing and creating a detailed data base of services and features you are paying for.

Physical inventory- this includes actually locating all the services you are paying for and noting what they are used for in the services data base.

Review of current contracts to assure you are getting the negotiated rates you should be.

Analysis of services for savings- this would be the finding all of the savings from doing the work noted above and presenting it to you.

Clean up- this would include actually placing the orders and coordinating the work to achieve your savings.

Follow up- to assure you see the savings projected in your bottom line

System and Network Design

Existing equipment analysis- this includes the inventory of phone equipment and analysis of the design and programming.

Existing network analysis- this includes the inventory of all network services associated with your phone equipment. If possible, it also includes traffic studies on the switch.

Marketing analysis- this is just a check to see what numbers are given out to the public, on any printed or electronic material, to make sure they are correct and efficiently getting your customers where they need to be.

Redesign of existing equipment and or network- suggestions for redesign are made after completing the analysis for saving and/or efficiency.

Coordination of work- this would include the coordination of vendors to complete the proposed redesign, if needed.

System and Network design for new offices- includes the analysis needed to come up with the design for subsequent RFQs to vendors for new offices, expansions or relocations.

Assistance in the purchasing of equipment or networks

Preparing an RFQ includes the analysis and design work for the equipment or network that will best fit your needs.

Choosing a vendor will ultimately be your responsibility, but you will be given an “apples to apples” comparison of the quotes from the vendors and assistance from Lynn in the evaluation process.

Coordinate the installation of a new phone system or network- includes orders, blueprint prep, vendor coordination, programming prep, cut sheets, employee communications, training, etc.

Programming of phone systems- Lynn is fairly adept in design and the actual programming of many phone systems, so can assist on the installation.

Source for equipment- Lynn has many sources for both new and refurbished equipment. In some instances used, but working, equipment may be sitting on one of her other client’s shelves. This means you get it for less than from a broker. She just puts her clients together in these instances.

Telecom Management Training

Training on phone bill review, network design, equipment programming and trouble shooting techniques. Once you have your network effectively designed for maximum savings, there is nothing more important than having it stay that way. Lynn will leave behind the data bases and tools to do this. Lynn can train selected employees on phone bill review, future orders, trouble shooting and programming of your specific network and equipment. This will help them in making cost effective decisions, going forward, and be able to save money by doing better trouble shooting of common problems. It can also save money by doing your own adds, moves and changes, rather than paying a vendor to do them.
